Africa Summit Alberta (ASA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect: when you submit a form (membership, volunteer, contact, sponsorship, e-Transfer notification or newsletter), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and message.

How we use it: only to respond to you, process memberships and contributions, and share federation news if you subscribed. We never sell or rent your information.

Who can see it: only authorized ASA board members and administrators.

Your choices: you may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@africasummitalberta.org.

This policy is guided by Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
